When that purpose manifested itself we realized instantly that it will take more than just exercising to accomplish it. So we began the search for the blueprint and found the 3 key elements that must be optimized in order for any individual to reach what we call EpitomeFit. These 3 elements are what symbolizes our approach.



Exercise is by far the quickest way to change your physiological state. For example, as soon as you get moving the heart rate instantly changes causing you to burn more calories, the lungs start delivering more oxygen and nutrients to your tissues, and various brain chemicals are released leaving you feeling happier, more relaxed, and less anxious. It's effect on weight control, muscle strength, and it's ability to help prevent diseases as well as many other benefits is why fitness coaching is a foundational part of what we do.



We don't do diets at EpitomeFit. We believe that everyone is unique and has a different food routine that works best for them. Food provides the building blocks for our body and to build something great we need to use the very best materials available. Nutrition can help you to reach and maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk of chronic diseases (like heart disease and cancer), increase energy, boost brain function, and many many other benefits as well. will help you find the nutrition protocol that you need and want.
