Ingredients

1 banana, ripe

3 dates, pitted

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 inch of fresh ginger root

1/4 cup chopped raw walnuts

1 cup hot water
Instructions:
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Serve warm.
