Teff Breakfast Porridge

Start your day off right with this berry packed, nutty teff porridge! Sweet, crunchy, and nutritious! Exactly how breakfast should be!

  • 1 cup of whole grain Teff, cooked (see video on how to cook)

  • 1 handful of strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries

  • 1/4 cup of walnuts

  • 1 tbsp of pumpkin seeds

  • 1 tbsp of shredded coconut

  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 cup of water

  • Cinnamon to taste

  • Agave syrup to taste

  1. Combine water, teff, cinnamon, agave, and vanilla in a pot and simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat. Stir until smooth.

  2. Pour into a bowl and sprinkle on the hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, berries, and walnuts.

  3. Lastly, pour the almond milk on top and allow to cool for 1 minute. Enjoy!
