Start your day off right with this berry packed, nutty teff porridge! Sweet, crunchy, and nutritious! Exactly how breakfast should be!
Ingredients

1 cup of whole grain Teff, cooked (see video on how to cook)

1 handful of strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries

1/4 cup of walnuts

1 tbsp of pumpkin seeds

1 tbsp of shredded coconut

1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk

1 cup of water

Cinnamon to taste

Agave syrup to taste
Instructions

Combine water, teff, cinnamon, agave, and vanilla in a pot and simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat. Stir until smooth.

Pour into a bowl and sprinkle on the hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, berries, and walnuts.

Lastly, pour the almond milk on top and allow to cool for 1 minute. Enjoy!
