Meat doesn't taste good until you season it with plants! These Teff patties are like a breakfast sausage that you can enjoy without the meat or highly processed ingredients!
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups cooked Teff

1/2 cup Chickpea Flour

1/4 cup diced onions

1 tbsp Red Peppers, diced

1 tbsp Green Peppers, diced

1 tbsp Onion Powder

2 tsp Ground Sage

1 tsp Fennel Powder

1 tsp Oregano

1 tsp Sea Salt

1 tsp Basil

1/2 tsp Dill

1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper

Grapeseed Oil
Instructions

On a medium-high heat, saute onions and peppers in about 1 tablespoon of grape seed oil for 2-3 minutes.

Adding in the chickpea flour last, combine remaining ingredients and sauteed vegetables in a large bowl and mix well.

On a medium heat, add 1-2 tablespoons of grape seed oil to a skillet.

Form teff mixture into patties and cook for 3 minutes on each side, until crispy.
