This refreshing spring salad is perfect after a warm day. Lots of nutrition and hydration without lacking in taste!
Ingredients

2 cups of greens

1 cup plum tomatoes

1 cup cooked chickpeas

1/2 avocado

1 cucumber

1 cup red onion

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup herbs of choice

2 limes

sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Chop the greens, cucumber, plum tomatoes, and red onion.

Mix with chickpeas and avocado in a salad bowl.

In a small bowl, whisk together oil, herbs, limes, salt, and pepper to create salad dressing. Pour over salad.
