Nutritious Kamut Bread

A nutrient filled bread made with Kamut Khorasan flour. It is gluten safe and much healthier for you then popular wheat breads.

  • 4 cups of Kamut Flour

  • 2 cups hemp milk

  • 2 tbsp Agave Nectar

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • Sesame Seeds (optional)
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix flour and sea salt together, by hand, in a mixing bowl. You can also use a mixer.

  2. Add the milk while mixing; stopping every few minutes to scrape the flour off the side and bottom.

  3. Add the Agave Nectar and continue to mix by hand until it is well blended in.

  4. Grease and flour your loaf pan with grapeseed oil and Kamut Flour.

  5. Lightly brush grapeseed oil over the top of the bread and sprinkle on sesame seeds to your liking.
  6. Place bread in oven for 1 hour. When finished, let cool for 20 minutes.
