Ingredients

4 cups kale, chopped

1/2 cup quinoa, cooked

1/2 cup sliced almonds

1/2 cup goji berries

1 avocado, diced

2 lemons, juiced

2 limes, juiced

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions

Place kale in a large salad bowl. Toss and top with the quinoa, almonds, goji berries, and avocado.

Whisk together the olive oil, lemon, lime, salt, and pepper and pour on salad as a dressing.
