Ingredients

4 cups cooked Chickpea Pasta

1/2 cup red bell peppers, diced

1/2 cup orange bell peppers, diced

1/2 cup zucchini, diced

1/2 cup yellow squash, diced
- 1/2 cup onions, diced

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half

1/4 cup black olives

3/4 to 1 cup plant based ranch dressing
Instructions:
