Electrifying Multigrain Pancakes

Pancakes are yummy but don't usually come with nutritional value, not these pancakes! There is a ton of nutrients in every bite. Enjoy a traditional, tasty breakfast food without wasting calories on something void of nutrition.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Chickpea Flour

  • 1/4 cup Spelt Flour

  • 1/4 cup Kamut Flour

  • 1/4 cup Teff Flour

  • 2 tbsp Agave Nectar

  • 8 oz sparkling water

  • 1/8 tsp of sea salt

  • Grapeseed Oil

    Instructions
    1. Mix flour and salt in a mixing bowl.

    2. Then mix in the sparkling water and agave nectar.

    3. Heat grapeseed oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Pour 1/4 cup of pancake batter into the pan. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
