1/2 cup Chickpea Flour

1/4 cup Spelt Flour

1/4 cup Kamut Flour

1/4 cup Teff Flour

2 tbsp Agave Nectar

8 oz sparkling water

1/8 tsp of sea salt

Grapeseed Oil
Instructions

Mix flour and salt in a mixing bowl.

Then mix in the sparkling water and agave nectar.

Heat grapeseed oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Pour 1/4 cup of pancake batter into the pan. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
