Date Spread

Dates are a natural calcium-rich sweetener making this spread a healthier replacement for sugar, honey, maple syrup, and agave! Use this in any recipe, your morning coffee, and smoothies!

  • 2 cups dates, pitted

  • 1 1/2 cup water

  1. Soak dates in the water for at least 30 minutes beforehand. Remove dates from water and set water aside for later.

  2. Puree dates in a blender. Add a few tablespoons of the water and continue to blend until the spread is creamy. Not all of the water will be used.
