1 pack of 12oz Chickpea Pasta

1 cup cashews

1 cup water

1red bell pepper

6 sun-dried tomatoes (soaked)

2 garlic cloves

2 tbsp lime juice

1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powders
1/2 tsp basil
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package.

Add all other ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Salt to taste.

Drain the pasta and return to pot. Add sundried tomato sauce and serve!
