Chocolate Avocado Pudding

This pudding is a perfect way to satisfy those chocolate cravings while also getting in a lot of nutrition from avocado and natural sugar from dates. Because of the simple, plant based ingredients in this pudding, you can expect to receive a nice variety of vitamins and minerals, including iron, copper, magnesium, B vitamins, antioxidants, and much more! We like to top our pudding with fresh berries and chopped nuts. 

  • 1 Avocado

  • 2 tbsp cacao powder

  • 3 Dates

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ cup hemp milk

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Feel free to add more cacao for a richer chocolate flavor, or an extra splash of milk for a thinner consistency. Enjoy with your favorite toppings as a healthy snack.
