Ingredients

1 pound brussel sprouts, cooked

1/2 cup dry quinoa, cooked

10 almonds sliced

1/4 cup parsley, chopped

1/4 cup cranberries

1 red onion, caramelized

Salt and pepper to taste
Dressing

1 orange, juiced

1 tsp orange zest

1 tbsp maple syrup

2 tsp mild mustard

1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions:
