Brazil Nut Milk

One of our favorite milk recipes! All natural, plant based, and healthy. No need for dairy when you have this goodness given straight from nature.

  • 1 cup of Brazil Nuts

  • 4 oz spring water

  • 1tbsp agave nectar

  1. Soak the brazil nuts in water for at least an hour.

  2. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend for about 2-3 minutes.

  3. Prepare a large jug with a cheesecloth over the top and begin to pour the nut milk into the cheesecloth to filter out nut bits. You can also use a fine mesh strainer.

  4. Squeeze the excess bits of milk out of the pulp that is compressed into the cheesecloth. Feel free to add the pulp to your smoothies, as not to waste anything.
