Salad

1 15oz can of garbanzo beans, drained

1 lb of cherry tomatoes, chopped in half

2 avocados, peeled and cubed

2 red onion, thinly sliced

Salt and pepper to taste
Dressing

1 lime

2 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, place the tomatoes and salt and pepper. Then add the avocado and onions.
2. In a separate bowl, mix together the dressing.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
4. Let the flavors settle for at least 20 minutes and serve.
