Energy Boosting Trail Mix

This trail mix makes for a great snack or lunch time crunch! Take with you on a trail or mix up for every day use to get those healthy fats, protein, as well as vitamins and minerals.

  • 1/4 cup of almonds

  • 2 tbsp of sunflower seeds

  • 2 tbsp of pumpkin seeds

  • 2 tbsp of raisins

  • 2 tbsp of dried mangoes

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix!

  2. Double recipe for larger batches.
