Classic Hummus

Hummus is a food that can be used in salads, as a dip for your favorite veggies, or with a grain of your choice. Here is a simple and tasty recipe for this health food staple!


Ingredients
  • 3 cup cooked chickpeas

  • 1 cup homemade tahini butter

  • 6 tbsp. olive oil

  • 6 tbsp. key lime juice

  • 1/2 tbsp. onion powder

  • 1 tsp. sea salt

  • dash of cayenne pepper

Instructions
  • Blend all the ingredients in a food processor or high-powered blender, and serve.
