Blueberry Quinoa Smoothie

A super smoothie with a perfect blend of yummy and nutritious! Fairly filling and packed with lots of vitamins and minerals as well as age fighting anti-oxidants. 


Ingredients
  • 1 cup blueberries

  • 1 whole banana

  • 1/4 cup cooked quinoa

  • 1 tbsp. hemp seeds

  • 2 tbsp. coconut sugar

  • 8oz coconut water

  • 8oz spring water

Instructions
  • Blend all the ingredients in a food processor or high-powered blender, and serve.
